Returns & Exchanges

Returns and refunds are possible under certain circumstances. 

Returns are applicable for a change of mind on products, for up to 40% of the product's original value. To return a product, simply email orders@bravebynature.co.

Curious about what happens to products after return? We inspect them thoroughly for defects, perform the necessary sanitizations and then put them up for sale on our Seconds page. 

In the event of a defect, we allow for exchanges of the same product only. We will waive delivery charges both ways and send you a replacement within 7 working days of receiving the defective product. To return a defective product, please take a photo of the defect and email us at orders@bravebynature.co. Our exchange period is only valid for 21 calendar days from the date of your order.

For size exchanges, please email us at orders@bravebynature.co within 21 calendar days of your order and send us the product with all tags intact, unwashed and in unused condition. We reserve all rights to reject items that have been used or washed before. Shipping costs both ways will be borne by the buyer in such scenarios.
