Delivery & Shipping

When shopping with Brave by Nature, you can opt for three forms of delivery: doorstep delivery, same-day courier or self-collection.

But first, a note on preorders

Preorder/backorder items are common in our shop as there are so many prints that are popular, or it could be a custom item. Preorder items are not subject to the same timelines as instock items - we will clearly indicate on the page the items available for preorder and the expected delivery timeline. 

Doorstep Delivery

With our reliable partners, delivery should be at your doorstep within 3-5 working days. This processing time does not include weekends and public holidays as those are family days! 

Should the delivery fail, 2 reattempts will be made, after which the package will be returned to us and a further S$5.60 will have to be charged for another courier attempt.

Complimentary doorstep delivery via courier will be provided for orders exceeding S$120. 

Same-Day Courier

If you require same-day shipping, drop us a message on Facebook Messenger and we'll provide you with a quote. Same-day courier options are available for orders placed before 2PM (GMT+8) of that same day. For orders past 2PM (GMT+8) , the delivery will be made the next day. 

Self-Collection

Self-collection is available at Uni Building, 224 Telok Kurau Road, Singapore 423836 on a case-by-case basis only. Please reach out to us on Facebook Messenger if you would like to self collect. 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide for most items! Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the volumetric size of your order and your location. We are bound by agreement with some brands to not ship in certain territories, and we seek your understanding for us to honour our brands.

Rates for international shipping are determined by the provider and the volumetric size of the package, we do not mark up shipping rates and the cost is passed on to you as-is. Please note that you will have to bear all taxes imposed on the products in your country. 

Before placing an order, please email us to get a quotation on the overseas shipping fee at orders@bravebynature.co.

  1. Provide your postal code, country for us to get a shipping quote. 
  2. An invoice will be sent to you via Paypal once you've agreed to the price of shipping.
  3. Once packed and shipped, we will be in touch with a tracking number and updates regularly.

Standard Delivery Charges

Lead Time: 3-5 business days, excluding preorder items.

During peak periods such as festive seasons, the courier company might be overwhelmed and delay delivery. To prevent disappointment, order early!

For items that come to you directly from our supplier, delivery timelines may stretch to allow for coordination. This will also be stated clearly on the product page.

If your order is urgent, please Whatsapp us ahead of time -- don't wait till the last minute! We are not Santa Claus' elves and can't work miracles, but we will do our best to get you what you need.

 

 

For orders above S$120, free local delivery will be provided.

For orders below S$120, delivery will cost S$4.30.

7-14 business days depending on customs clearance.

Alternatively, you may arrange for your preferred shipping provider to collect your purchases from us.
